Once captured, Therefore™ document software will store the data centrally for anyone authorised to access it. It is also designed to integrate with virtually any type of existing storage system such as SAN, NAS, RAID and WORM devices. All documents will be automatically indexed for easy locating. This includes structured document templates for regular use such as forms and statements.

The search feature makes finding documents as easy as using a simple search engine on your PC. For greater search flexibility, you can define as many document categories and sub-categories as you like. So documents and contents can be pinpointed fast and accurately.

Because everyone can retrieve documents and action them (view, amend print, send on etc) via the desktop or internet, it speeds business up significantly and eliminates the needs for hard copy duplication.

As well as locating, viewing and processing documents, Therefore™ document solutions allows users to collaborate by sending reviewed and revise documents to each other. Changes made are automatically assigned by time, date and author and any document checked out of the archive for amending can’t be edited by anyone else until it is checked back in. So workflow is rapid and people don’t work against each other.

All these processes make documents much easier to manage as they travel through the organisation. The software is intelligently configured to give all documents a specified route when entering the workflow, with decisions made along the way determining the next step – in the same way a venn diagram works. So document related tasks are much easier to complete, even when there are multiple decision points in the process.
