Getting you started

Our technical staff and that of our partners are ready to assist you with the installation and configuration of your system. You can depend on our technical professionals to competently handle every aspect of the system integration or installation. In addition, if your installation requires custom integration, we will work with your technical team to ensure a smooth transition.

After installation is completed we will provide a detailed report on how your documents are being captured, stored, retrieved, distributed and managed within the system. We will include information on the process and recommended back-up procedures as well as what modules were used and how they were implemented, along with any other relevant information.
