1.By default, the app will direct you to 'Repository - Search' when starting up. A list of the Thereforeâ„¢ categories for which you have permissions will be displayed.

2.If you want to navigate to the Search menu from a different function of the app (in this example 'Workflow'), tap on the menu icon (≡) on the top-left hand corner of the screen.

3.  Choose 'Search'.

1. You can perform a full-text search across all categories by entering a free-form search term into the search bar.  Select the check-box labeled 'Document content' to include the content of the documents saved to all categories in the search. Select the check-box labeled 'Index data' to search the index data corresponding to the documents saved to all categories in the search. Tap 'Search' to proceed.

2. A hit-list of documents will be displayed showing your search results.

1. Tap on a category from the list displayed under Repository. Find the category you would like to search through from the list displayed under Repository.

1. After executing any type of search, a hit-list of found documents will be displayed. A document can be opened for viewing by tapping on it in the hit-list.

2. The document will be then be displayed on the device (the file needs to be one of the over 400 supported file formats).
